Responsibilities and Skills

• General residential sales, service and installation of water well systems.

• Able to diagnosis water well issues.

• Submersible pump and jet pump repair and replacement.

• Constant pressure system install and repair

• Repair and replacement of well pressure tanks.

• Well casing extension.

• Water treatment systems, service and installation.

• Other duties as needed involving water well duties.

Qualifications

• Can pass the national background check and a drug test, clean driving record and current driver’s license are ALL a must.

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Class B CDL in 60 days.

• Steady work history.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Recommended Qualifications ​

• Pay commensurate on current license and experience in working independently.

• Very professional, good at explaining plumbing problems in layman’s terms.

• Great customer service/communication, people skills, very genuine and personable a must.

Physical Requirements

• Manual Labor

• Climb into and out of equipment

• Able to climb in and out of box trucks

• Able to lift over 75 lbs.
