Career: Well Driller
This position will be located in Western and Southern Maine. Drillers will operate water well drilling rigs. Knowing various methods of drilling experience will be helpful.
Responsibilities and Skills

Must have sufficient knowledge of all rig positions and operations

Be familiar with handling and operating safety equipment and devices present on drill site.

Capacity to work effectively under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations.

Completes required paperwork associated with well drilling activities
-
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
-
Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or task
Physical Requirements

Manual Labor

Climb into and out of equipment

Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely

Must be able to work overtime when needed
Qualifications
-
Minimum Journeyman’s Well Drilling License
-
Must have Class-B w/ Tank Endorsement CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
-
7+ years experience
-
Experienced running Schramm and DrillTech Rigs
